How to go to Burot Beach, Calatagan Batangas

Burot Beach is an undiscovered beach in Calatagan Batangas. Thank you for all the blog reviews that I have read they were such a big help for me to make this sudden trip possible...hahaha

So lets get it started for you guys who have seen my Burot Beach Photo Diary. I know you're itching to go there and try it yourself well don't be ashamed. I also felt that the first time I saw the pictures. That's why I am posting this for you to have an easy travel going to Burot Beach in Calatagan Batangas.

HOW TO GO THERE:

Take Edsa Mrt going to Taft Station across the street you will see  Mcdonalds and behind it is the BATMAN STAREXPRESS CORPORATION station. They have lots of Batangas destination like Nasugbu, Balayan, Tagaytay etc. but make sure that you take the bus going to Calatagan, Batangas. The fare would be 193.00php from Pasay to Calatagan Market. Travel time would be 4 hours. You can contact Kuya Rey 09204383326 for the bus schedules he is one of the drivers of BSC.

From Calatagan market take a tricycle going to Burot beach and make sure to use you're haggling skills to make the price lower hehehe.....Fare would be 150php per trip that would be good for 4 persons. But before you go and get giddy about the beach make sure to buy everything you need in the market so that you wont waste money and time going back to the market when you need anything. Make sure that you have enough food, water and don't forget the lighter or matches that you might need in preparing your food and for source of light because the beach has no electricity. Also ask the tricycle driver to fetch you whenever you want or just get his number just to make sure.

The entrance fee is about 120php for an overnight stay and 60php for a day tour. I heard fee's gets a little expensive when its peak season. If you are staying overnight better bring your own tent or if not you can rent a tent from the care taker (Mang Ramon) rent would be 300php good for 3-4 persons. You can also rent tables for 200php... Again prices get a little expensive when its peak season so better have an extra cash. You can contact Mang Ramon at 09156028907 for an updated fee's.

Going back to Manila we took CALYROSSA BUS its an ordinary bus so if your not used in travelling without aircon you better take the BSC bus. The fare would be 158php its cheaper of course from Calatagan Market to Pasay mrt station....Travel time is 4 hours.

So there you got what you need.....Take the opportunity this summer and have fun with your friends and loved ones. Don't hesitate to ask questions will be glad to answer all of your inquiries.....

    1. safe naman po we stayed overnight its quite dark kasi walang electricity but its safe because the guards are everywhere and doing rounds checking the whole area....Me along with my family went there last April 11 and it still looks the same. What I like is that its not too crowded unlike to other beaches so you can do and wear whatever you want...
